Windows 10: Windows explorer keep on blinking and can't access file and folder

I am unable to access any files from open explorer. It's keep on blinking. How to fix the issue. I have done all the methods using YouTube. Nothing helpful. Please suggest the right method Thanks in advance.

File explorer - how many recently used folders in quick access

Hi, in Windows 10, File explorer there is a new Quick access area with pinned folder and Recently/frequent used folders - the question is, can it be more than 4 recently used folder in this list?
