Windows 10: Windows explorer preview pane just displays white pages when selecting a .pdf file

Windows explorer preview pane just displays white pages when selecting a .pdf file. See attached screen shot. Currently using windows 11 and Revu Bluebeam is set as the default pdf reader. Recently windows updated and now when I select a pdf to preview in windows explorer the preview just displays blank pages. I can move and scroll as normal just all the pages are blank. This only happens with pdf files when Bluebeam is set as the default pdf viewer. If I changes the pdf viewer to another program like adobe everything works fine.This problem only occurred after the most recent windows update o

Conflicts with the program settings is one of the possible reasons why you are unable to view the PDF preview in the File Explorer Preview Pane. We suggest that you try the troubleshooting steps in this

thread, and go to the post that was provided by Michalis_Georgiou
on October 24, 2017 in the 2nd page, and check if you will still encounter the same issue.

how can i get the preview pane inWindows 10 Explorer to display .pdf files?

When I select a file in Windows 10 Explorer, most files will display a preview in the preview pane. However .pdf files apparently cannot be previewed. Is there a solution?

Setting the Preview pane to show or hide in File Explorer will apply to all folders. If you wish to hide the Preview pane in File Explorer, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

• Open File Explorer.
• Tap on View tab.
• Click Preview Pane to view/hide it.
