Windows 10: Windows explorer's searchbar resizes when switching monitors

I would like to report a bug and find a solution how to get rid of this behavior. A searchbar gets larger in a window that is moved between two monitors.Below is a recording of a window being moved between two monitors with window+shift+arrow keyboard shortcut. The window is then closed via alt+f4 to "store" the layout, and opened again with window+e keyboard shortcut to start a new iteration.This is my layout:1. 13", 3840x2400, 150% scaling2. 24", 3840x2160, 100% scalingPreview of the whole situation:Notice the searchbar before opaque and after transparent.Here is an animation of the whol

Thank you for your response.

In this case, we would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check.

1. Launch Skype.
2. Drag the Skype Window to secondary monitor.
3. Resize the window as per your preference.
4. Maximize the Window and Restore Down.
5. Then close the skype window in secondary monitor.
6. Then try re-launching and check if the issue resolves.

are you running IE7? if not that wouold be my first suggestion,upgrade to ie7 that can fix some stability issues with windows explorer
