Windows 10: Windows Face Sign In setup fails after Windows 10 to Windows 11 Update

I bought a new laptop in November, preinstalled with Windows 10, but an option to update to Windows 11. Initially, on Windows 10, the face recognition/face sign-in worked. But as soon as I upgraded to Windows 11, it stopped working. I have tried a number of things, installed updates, device drivers, etc. and nothing is working. Camera works for online meetings, infrared camera flashes when trying to set it up again, but it fails. Error message simply says: "Sorry something went wrong. Close Windows Hello, and then try going through setup again"I have no idea if this is related, but in Windows

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
