Windows 10: Windows fails to boot unless first going into the UEFI Bios Utility

As the title says, when booting unless I enter the BIOS utility the load does not complete and I get sent to a blue screen saying I need to repair windows. None of those options work except for pressing F10 and loading to the UEFI BIOS Utility. Once there I don't need to change anything, just exit out of it and then Windows loads fine. On Restart/Start I can preemptively hit F2/Del to go to the BIOS Utility and again once I exit from there it loads fine. I have tried resetting my BIOS settings to default but no luck. Running Windows 10 pro with everything up to date as of today. Computer works

Stuck in UEFI BIOS Utility EZ Mode

When I start my pc, it will automatically enter the UEFI BIOS Utility EZ Mode. After press F10 (Save & Exit), it will shut down and restart and enter the UEFI BIOS Utility EZ Mode again.

It's ASUS UEFI BIOS. And I failed to disable the Secure Boot.

PLEASE HELP!!! THANKS A LOT!!!

Enter UEFI Setup to enable CSM or Legacy BIOS.

Press "Del" when the ASUS logo appears on the screen to enter the BIOS. Press "Ctrl-Alt-Del" to restart the computer if the PC boots to Windows before loading the setup program.

If this fails then I would reinstall to avoid future problems. Follow the illustrated steps here for doing the best possible Clean Install which should get you past all difficulties as it has millions of others who have followed the steps in this link and never

To create Windows 10 Installation Media (if necessary on another PC) install the Media Creation Tool and follow the directions here:

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/m.... Uncheck the box for Recommended Settings to choose the exact version and bit rate for the target PC only.

Insert media, boot it by powering up PC while pressing the BIOS Boot Menu Key here:

If the media won't boot you may need to enter BIOS/UEFI Setup (pressing key given in chart in link above) to turn off Fast Boot or Fast Startup first.

Choose the boot device as a UEFI device if offered, skip the Product Key screen and choose your licensed version only if offered. On second screen choose Install Now, then Custom Install, then at the drive selection screen delete all partitions down to Unallocated
Space to get it cleanest, click Next to let it create needed partitions and start install - this makes it foolproof.

UEFI Bios Utility & Preparing Automatic Repair

Hi Community,

Found the stand alone PC screen with the UEFI Bios utility won't allow me to exit unless I save changes. Then goes blank for some time before progressing to preparing automatic repair screen but stops there and goes nowhere! Any fixes and do I need to create
a boot disk for windows 10 on a USB. Are there instructions to do this? Help needed thanx!
