Windows 10: Windows Fails to boot

My pc windows 10 started giving boot errors, but everytime it restarted it managed to boot. Now its asking for recovery tools whoch I dont have, and I need a pc because I run a business. I tried to reset the BIOS to no avail. What do I do?

Windows 10 fails to update


When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

then the list (step by step)

USB Drivers....
Load USB Drivers with no386.....

Ask you load cd drivers. NO
Ask you load SCSI drivers. NO
Ask you anything NO.
USB driver list comes out. 8 Don't choose anything else.

type
C:\ (that should be your mp3 player if you did it right)

atiflash -i
to list the adapters

atiflash -p -f 0 ???.bin

done.........
