Windows 10: Windows fails to recognize my streaming devices 1903

I'm trying to stream the movies I have on my PC to my 4K TV stick and Xbox One X. In the "other devices" window, my streaming devices says "not connected" although the devices are on and I have all the streaming options enabled on my PC. I've been streaming from my PC to my streaming devices for years and I've tried several things to get it to work but everything I tried has failed. I did upgrade to windows 1903 almost a month ago but I don't quite remember if streaming to my other devices worked after upgrading to 1903 but I would say no. I'm assuming 1903 is the cause of this issue. Is there a fix for this? or would I have to reinstall windows 10?

Maybe it's time to step back from the current efforts, and start over. I suggest you read over this excellent tutorial and try all of its steps: [Solved] Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) for Windows 10 - Driver Easy. The one that may provide you with some easy relief is the one where you uninstall the device whose descriptor is failing, reboot, and see what happens when device enumeration recurs during boot-up. If you're lucky, it will fix itself.

Facebook Streaming on Windows 10 1903 update

Did you try all browsers?

If it's happening across all browsers then it could be the Display driver. I gave you a list of everything to try including rolling back, uninstalling and trying a previous version from the older stored Display drivers. You replied that you have the latest
drivers which was only one step out of all of those others. Please go back to Step 3 in my original post and try all steps.

You said you rolled back Version 1903 and the problem remains? Are you at Version 1809 now? Was Facebook streaming working fast in this version previously?

 

Some USB Devices not recognized in Windows 10

Hi have Windows 10 Pro insider preview 10532 64bit Pro Intel i7 desktop PC.

I have multiple USB devices connected, USB 3 & 2. The USB HDD is working however my Samsung phone and kindle are no longer being recognized. The steps followed so far:

• Uninstalled all USB devices in device manager including controllers
• Flashed BIOS to latest version
• Updated USB drivers for the devices from manufacturers sites
• Tried new USB cables

Please note: both devices are recognized by my Windows 10 Lenovo laptop.

I really don't want to fresh install, please suggest any diagnostics I can try.
