Windows 10: Windows fails to utilize other devices, blue screen issue

Hello, everyone-I am running Windows 11. I have had this issue with multiple headphones. For some odd reason, the plug-in microphones never work correctly. Only the default Windows Microphone Array outputs audio. I have went through each driver and attempted to update it, but all seem to be up-to-date. Is there any other way to do this? I have reset sound settings multiple times. This seems to be specific to my PC, and others have worked fine. Also, my current device, the Razer Barracuda X, seems to have caused a blue screen with the code KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. Some light research reveal

after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step
