Windows 10: Windows failure after upgrading

My PC Dell Inspiron N5010 was running with win 7 and two days ago i have decide to upgrade to win 10 pro online, i did so and it was perfectly running, then second day the display was unstable with a lot of colored pixels and lines appearing on the screen and that prevent logging into the machine and then a blue message screen appeared saying that the system experiencing a problem when starting up and information are being collected.

After that it was not able to start up at all and gave me a choice of advanced repair options, i chose to uninstall the last quality update installed but it couldn't, then i choose to reset windows, a white screen kept appearing then switched of after a while and never start up again, i would like to know what can i do now to get it running again and access my data?

Stuck in Windows 10 Upgrade

My computer seems to be stuck in a Windows 10 failed upgrade loop. I was running fine on a beta version of Windows 10, and then I came downstairs one morning to see it repeatedly booting, attempting to repair, then rebooting. The steps I've taken to diagnose are:

• Attempting to boot off a USB drive (with all drives disabled in BIOS) - this fails at the point of the blue windows screen
  
• Attempting to boot the machine itself and getting into "repair/safe mode" using F7
  
• Looking at the BIOS for obvious failures (e.g. RAM that should be there is missing) - nothing obvious is wrong.
  

I am fairly certain the build version was 9926. For many months, the system would attempt to upgrade, and then say "it failed" for some reason and roll back.

Suggestions for next steps?

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
