Windows 10: WINDOWS FATAL ERROR VIDEO DXGKRNL - shut down my laptop today

For a couple of months I've noticed the flash of a popup screen that has shown itself for a second, then it goes away. Today, it caused my laptop to crash, start again and although it's working, it's the first I have seen of a notice on a blue screen that this was a FATAL ERROR.

Can I send you a .dmp file? Screen shots of system information? Might I use Task Manager to just remove the file that is VIDEO DXGKRNL? If I do that, what effect might it have on my display or general operating of my Lenovo ThinkPad?

I HAVE A SONY VIO PC. AND FRECUENTLY GET THE THE VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR. MY IMAGE GETS BLUE AND INITIATES A RESTART. HOW CA N I SOLVE THIS..

 

Video DXGKRNL Fatal Error

Hello. I am getting Video DXGKRNL Fatal Error blue screen during boot up on my lenovo desk top using Windows 10. I cannot access the device manager as windows never fully loads. The windows logo appears for awhile and then straight to the blue screen. I
am able to enter the BIOS screen (Ctrl+P) but that's it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

BSOD VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR

Hi Microsoft,

I have an MSI GS43 it has two graphic cards, one nvidia and one intel integrated. When I disable the nvidia driver from device manager my laptop work like a charm, no error. When I enable the nVidia driver the problem appear. after a few seconds the blue
screen appear with the code VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR. My laptop then tries to restart but it gets stuck on the msi logo and will not boot again. I neet to hard shut down and then restart. The windows restarts normally and after 3-4 seconds BSOD again and
again. I did update my video kard drivers and every suggestion which I've read.

I can also provide mini dump files or whatever it is needed for someone to understand the issue. I also have updated my Windows 10 to 1909.
