Hi, Problem My Revit education version 2023 closes when opening. It used to work correctly but last week it kept crashing when opening and not responding on Task Manager. I have checked the Journal of Revit, the online error is the last line: 'C 19-Nov-2022 09:36:08.676; captureTryCrash 0xc00000fd I also checked the problem on Event Viewer that gave the following details :Application ErrorFaulting application name: Revit.exe, version: 23.0.11.19, time stamp: 0x6271455aFaulting module name: mscordacwks.dll, version: 4.8.4515.0,&

I have recently purchased the game, all updates are applied, my PC more than meets the recommended specs (i7, 16GB RAM, 780GTX-6GB)

This issue appears to be posted in many other forums and is well documented for quite some time. I have followed all recommended steps such as uninstalling and reinstalling DLC, and resetting the app and store data.

Can somebody with nvidia gpu force manually restart pc and then check event viewer,for me?

Can somebody do a test for me? Last time in my house was power outage , and after next boot i had this error in event viewer:

Can somebody with nvidia gpu force manually restart pc and then check event viewer,for me?

I ask because i want to know if it is normal or not. Thank you .
