    Windows Fax and Scan - Windows 10, Outbox preview doesn't work


    So, interesting issue. Inherited an environment where a couple of departments share a Windows Server 2012 fax server. The workstations were all on Windows 7 but we've been migrating them to 10. After being upgraded to 10, you can see the failed, pending and in process items in the Outbox, but you can't preview any of them. Removing and re-adding the fax account has been tried with no change in this behaviour. Nothing on the server changed and the previews still work as expected on Windows 7. Anybody run into this before?

    Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    Windows 10 update doesn't work

    I have tried to find on google an answer to this error (0x80070006) on windows update. But nothing is working for me *Frown Windows Fax and Scan - Windows 10, Outbox preview doesn't work :( .
    I have tried following
    Windows 10 update troubleshooter all ok.
    net stop wuauserv
    net stop bits
    Then I deleted the files in C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution
    net start wuauserv
    net start bits
    I have scanned integrity of the operating system and no faults found.
    Help.....

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
