    Hi,
    When using Windows Fax/Scan the adjust slides for brightness/contrast are greyed out.How can I get them to be active.
    Using Windows 10 Home.

    Windows Fax and Scan

    I can see the Windows Fax and Scan feature but when I go to make a fax I get this error message: Windows Fax and Scan cannot run as it cannot access your documents folder. Please ensure that Windows Fax and Scan can access that folder. I am not able to
    open the Windows Fax and Scan application.

    RESOLVED: Reinstalled Windows 10. Uninstalled Windows Fax and Scan; Rebooted Computer and Reinstalled Windows Fax and Scan. Fax works now!!
