Windows 10: Windows Feature update has not successfully installed since 19/12/2017

So as I said in the title, my Windows Feature update has not successfully installed since 19/12/2017. The version then was 1709 and the version that has been failing this whole time has been 1803. Although most of my Quality Updates are fine.





I ran the windows update troubleshooter and it has detected a "Potential Windows Database Error". I searched for ways to possibly fix this but nothing helped.





So would anyone know if there is anything that I can do to fix this?

Failed to install on ‎07/‎12/‎2017 - 0x80070643

When I view update history, it states:

2017-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for amd64-based Systems (KB40519630

Failed to install on ‎07/‎12/‎2017 - 0x80070643

Yet my Update Status says "Your device is up to date. Last Checked etc".

When I look in the Uninstall Updates List (KB4051963) it is there with the installed on date.

So either the Update History list has not been updated to show it has successfully installed

or it has been added to the Installed Updates list in error.

Confused as to which it may be. Any ideas please?

I had a same problem on March 16, 2017. I made a request on 3/16/2017 as below

After windows 10 was automatically updated on 3/16/2017,the keyboard doesn't work.

My previous problem was solved after "Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB4015438)" was successfully installed on 3/20/2017.

Please provide me a new patch to fix my keyboard malfunctioning problem.
