    Windows features disappeared after 22h2 update


    Hi - I just updated my Win 11 to 22H2, and something very weird happened used installation assistant as WU failed twice.Once the update was complete and I logged in again, built in features and installed programs vanished. I don't mean just apps that I installed, like office, chrome, steam, battle net etc, but built in apps, like the microsoft store, edge, internet explorer, are ALL GONE. I've never seen anything like this before.Any ideas why this happened? Any solutions besides a full reinstallation?

    Windows features disappeared after 22h2 update

    22H2 update disappeared from update menu.

    I got a notification saying that the 22H2 update was ready for me to install. I tried to install it but it gave me an error saying, "We couldn't install this update, but you can try again." and then it just disappeared.

    My specs:

    Legion 5 15ACH6H

    Nvidia RTX 3060

    Ryzen 7 5800U

    16GB DDR4 3200mhz

    and 512GB x2 PCIE SSD (two separate SSDs)
