Windows File Explorer can't find NAS Roon Nucleus One

I have a Roon Nucleus One NAS/Music Server. I can't map a drive to the NAS because File Explorer doesn't see it on my network. I can connect from a Mac Mini and a Macbook Pro without issue. I have tried enabling SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support, and have gone through a technical troubleshooting process with a Microsoft support rep, who made some other changes via a remote control session. His suggestion was to post here for additional ideas. We are both stumped. Does anybody know what might be wrong, and how to fix it? This is on a new Lenovo PC running Windows 11, with all updates and patche

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
