Windows 10: Windows File Explorer crashes when right clicking a file on Windows 10

Hello,I have been having unresolved issues with all files. Anytime I right click any file, whether it be a file on my desktop, or in a folder, explorer will crash and everything will re-load. This includes but is not limited to .jpg, .pdf, and any microsoft word files.I have tried many trouble shooting methods but none have seemed to work. For example, I followed the instructions on this page https://windowsreport.com/windows-explorer-crash-right-click/I cannot update to Windows 11 either bc my laptop is too old, but I cannot see this being the main issue. I have uninstalled recently install

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

File Explorer - Right click and crashing

Hello

Please see my You Tube Demo video - when I right click on a file within File Explorer on Windows 10 it crashes; here is a video demo of the crash - as you can see the Bar down the bottom is disappearing

Please can anyone suggest a fix.

thats wierd... iv never had a large file crash explorer before....


and i have files ranging upto 80GB...
