Windows 10: Windows File Explorer keeps crashing when searching for tags

i have around 1200+ files tagged every one with 1 or more than 20 tags each when i search for at least one tag in file explorer it shows some results than it crashes if i go to a folder where there is only few files it doesn't crash but when i go back to the parent folder it crashes

the files are not supported by windows so i used file meta association manager to make them taggable and i was wondering if there is a way to fix it and i though maybe someone can help me here

Clear the 'cache' in file explorer for already used picture tags?


If you set some tags for your *.jpg pictures, the windows 10 file explorer shows them in the "details pane" on the right side.





This list can get very long and with some wrong or no longer used entries.
How can I clear this list / cache / suggestions?

Or how can I stop the file explorer to suggests already used Tags?
