Windows 10: Windows File Explorer Only Allows Me To Copy And Not Open.

After that Current Windows 11 Update I can only Copy stuff. I can't open any folders, I can't cut any folders I cant do anything.

File explorer will not open on windows 10

As a workaround, we suggest that you follow these steps to access windows explorer using the
Run dialog box. By doing this, we may identify if you can navigate Windows through this method. To do this, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R on your keyboard to open the run dialog box.
• Type explorer and press Enter.

In case your system will allow you to navigate through this process, we recommend that you continue performing the in-place upgrade procedure.

Can only open one copy of the File Explorer

I can only have one copy of the File Explorer open at a time. When I have File Explorer opened, if I right click on the File Explorer icon on te Taskbar nothing happens.

On my other computers, also running Windows 10, the jump list appears and I can open another copy of the File Explorer.

Is there a setting somewhere to file this?
