Windows 10: Windows File Explorer, Windows Start Button and Windows Search Randomly Stops Working.

Hi, so for the past month or so I've been having quite a lot of issues with File explorer, windows start button and the windows search button, which are all in the taskbar. For some odd reason, ar random times they will simply stop work. I usually turn off my computer through the windows button, so... its kinda frustrating that it won't work properly at random times. I have found a temporarily fix for this, which is to restart file explorer, or to end task, through task manager. Thanks to this issue I can't even open task manager properly with right click on the taskbar, so I

Windows Explorer Replacement?

I don't use Internet Explorer, I meant the thing where you can look at files etc. Hotkey Windows+E. Maybe it's the wrong name in english though. *Stick Out Tongue
