Windows 10: Windows File Recovery Download

I seem to be unable to download the Windows File Recovery Tool. I have Windows 10 - Office 365, but every time I try to download from the Microsoft Store, I'm redirected to either the community support screen here, or back to the login page--where I log in once more and start the process over. I don't receive a prompt of any kind, so I'm unable to determine the problem to correct it. Thanks.

Finding .IMG or .ISO file in Windows 8.1 Pro download

Hey guys,

In preparation for my new PC I downloaded Windows 8.1 Pro from Dreamspark, and I wanted to burn it to a DVD, so I can install it on the new PC.
However, in the downloaded files I can't find a .IMG or .ISO file anywhere. I understood that the .IMG file is the one you need to burn to the DVD?

Any suggestions?
