Windows 10: Windows File Recovery

I am trying to locate a specific file/installed game that I cannot install, but I do not know how to use the commands to see if the file can be recovered. My pictures/screenshots are '"failing to upload" but the message that I receive when I try to uninstall from my system storage is " C:\Games\Rust\unins000.exe "

[HELP]Image recovery issues

Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?

 

Data Recovery for Mac (OSX Capitan) ?

Anybody knows of a good data recovery software for mac? Preferably free?

I use Active@ Data Recovery for Windows, but honestly no idea what to use for Mac OSX.

Any suggestions?
