Windows 10: Windows files possibly missing

So, this all started when I had an update that wouldn’t install. I asked another question and it told me to try to factory reset, which wouldn’t work, and my cmd prompt wouldn’t scan, and I couldn’t do a in place upgrade. All signs were pointing to the fact that I had windows files missing from my research Then, I updated my drivers and the update went away, allowing me to update my computer again. Now, I’m unsure if this fixed my possible windows files missing. My computer still does somewhat similar things to when it was going on, and I’m just looking for advice on if I solved the problem,

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
