Windows 10: Windows Firewall 0x800706d9

Firewall eski ayarlarına dönmüyor. Windowsfirewall troubleshooting deniyorum "Kaspersky ya da başka firewall kullanıyorsunuz" diyor ama ortada hiçbir antivirüs yok.

Method 2:

This error is by design. Most users who want to disable the Windows Firewall will use the Windows Firewall wizard and set the firewall to "Off" rather than disabling the Firewall/ICS service directly. When the Windows Firewall/ICS service is stopped you
cannot even launch the Windows Firewall wizard.

Follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Press Windows Key + R for Run.
• Type devmgmt.msc and then Enter.
• Right click on the Windows firewall and then set it to
  Automatic.

Windows Defender Firewall error code 0x800706d9

3. Have you tried installing Picture viewer and Calendar app after it getting uninstalled?
   

Based on your information, I would like to inform you that if you are using third party anti-virus program Windows defender will automatically turn off from your system you will not able turn it on manually.

Let’s try simple troubleshooting steps and check if this helps in resolving the issue. Follow the below methods.

Method 1: Check the following services and ensure it is started.

1. Press Windows and R key together on your Keyboard.
   
2. Type Services.msc and hit Enter.
   
3. Search for the following services:
   

• Base filtering engine Service
• Remote Procedure Call Service
• Windows defender firewall service

4. Start the above services and reboot the device.

Window firewall 0x800706d9 and missing store app

Hi thank for reply

I try Resetting Windows Defender Firewall service it make firewall turn off and when I try to start it it stuck at starting
and firewall still have the same problem 0x800706d9 when I press Use recommend setting

Window store it work but when i try to update an app it say this code 0x80D05001

Is there anyway to turn on firewall beside Use recommend setting ?
