Windows 10: Windows flickering

I've tried to get windows flickering fixed using Microsoft support, but a few days later it happens again. I've reinstalled my drivers and updated my software, but there is still flickering. I've tried using Microsoft Get Help and they haven't responded to my feedback. I opened Task Manager while the screen was flickering and it was flickering too, so that means the driver is the problem; right? Wrong. I did the same thing and 10 minutes later the screen started flickering black. Here's my computer info:OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.19044 Build 19044 Other OS Description Not

I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.

Screen flickering in safe mode help!

I understand your query. I suggest you to follow the steps to get out of safe mode.

• 
  Press Windows key + R
  
• 
  Type msconfig
  
• 
  In msconfig > Boot tab >
  Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.
