Windows 10: Windows flyout for incomming calls

To whom it may concernOn some of our devices we receive flyouts on incoming calls. Sometimes just the speaker bar, sometime like in the attachment with additional info. It does not matter if the call is comming through Teams or another Phone app. Since some clients are receiving this and some are not, I think it is an installed app triggering this windows flyouts. The Users are annoyed by this flyouts and would like to disable it. I only found a way to reduce the display time to 5 seconds, but I do not find a way to remove those completely. Is there a way to disable them completely in OS or is

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. I understand your concern and I am glad to assist you.

I would suggest you to update Skype to the latest version and check if the issue persist.

As part of troubleshooting, run the Windows app troubleshooter and check if it helps.

A. Try these steps to run the troubleshooter:

• Type troubleshooting in the search bar.
  
• Click view all in the left panel.
• Select ‘Windows store apps' and follow the on-screen instructions.
  

B. Try to check on your call settings by signing in to your Skype application. Navigate and click "Tools tab" --> click options --> look for "calls" then it will route you to "call settings". On the right page you will
see "Allow calls from, then choose from the two options . Anyone or contacts from your list.

Incoming calls in E52

Incoming calls have problem while outgoing is ok in my new E52.

Have 3g sim, tower/service signal are full and outgoing calls are perfectly working, incoming calls are 99% failed (several time checked thru local, international incoming calls)



kindly suggest what to do to solve issue of incoming calls. many thanks in advance,manish

 

Incoming Calls

OK this is what you do to see the last incoming calls.

After you pressing the call key to display the last dialled calls, use the left toggle key to move left and the last received calls list should be displayed. Toggle left once again to display the last missed calls list.
