Windows 10: Windows forced update has ruined my pc?

Just wondering if someone from Microsoft not a dedicated volunteer can point me to the specific terms of service item that states an update can brick a pc and wimdows/Microsoft can not be held accountable. Essentially, a notification popped up saying "an update is ready to install on restart", I trusted that it was a normal thing and accepted the update and left my pc to automatically update.I came back to my pc 30 minutes later and it is stuck on 'preparing automatic recoveryI'm not looking for a fix, I'm looking how to take legal action against, what was by all descriptions, Microsoft rui

Win 10 update ruined my computer

I will gladly dispose of any "ruined computer" that Windows 10 has "ruined". Just ship them to me and I will take care of disposing of the "ruined" hardware!

 

Your forced update ruined my computer!

I have the blue screen of death, This is fraud, I did not want the update! My computer was fine prior to the update!

I gather the "fix" is to purchase yet another window based computer, to download some fix for your forced update! No Way! I went out and got another chromebook, the hp chroomebook 14x360 and I dont expect it to get bricked from any forced updates. As I have
other chroomebooks that have worked for a very long time, and still do work.

I will never buy a windows based product again. I will hang on to the one microsoft ruined, in case of a class action lawsuit. FRAUD!!!!

^This, then reboot and go to manually update windows. Find KB3035583 in the list of available updates, right-click and "Hide this update" so it doesn't get installed again next go around.
