Windows 10: Windows freeze, no report.

I own a gaming laptop which is relatively a few month old. It has very good specs. 1060 Nvidia video card with 6GB vRAM 32 GB Ram I7 processor

During gaming, it sometimes just freezes, and I have to hold the power button to turn it off and back on again.

In the Event viewer, I see no errors. I just get a “critical” event of the power loss when I forcefully shut if down. There is no error referring the freeze itself. The temperature and CPU usage are normal so I have no clue what is causing the freeze.

Any idea how can I get more info about my problem?

all games crash!

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
