Windows 10: Windows freeze on blue window on brand new build

Discus and support Windows freeze on blue window on brand new build in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; Dear Sirs Hoping you could provide some assistance.     Windows freeze on blue window on brand new build


    Dear Sirs


    Hoping you could provide some assistance.


    I've put together a new build, all seemed well until I went to instal windows 10 pro USB key.

    It installs and then when the first restart happens it freezes at the blue window with dots circle.


    Tried removing hardware but nothing changes.


    I've also created a new windows 10 USB which gave the option of UEFI but no improvement.


    For the life of me, I can't figure out why the software keeps freezing up.


    Hope someone could assist.
