    Hello, I'm having a problem that I've never run into before. I just finished building a PC, and I'm trying to install windows on it. I'm using a media creation tool USB. Everything starts out fine, I start installing windows, everything installs and the PC restarts. I take the bootable USB out and the PC boots to windows. Windows gives me the getting ready message for a couple minutes, then the screen goes black indefinitely. Then if I try to restart the PC, the boot freezes on the windows logo every time. I'm trying to install windows on a 1tb m.2 ssd. The mobo, cpu, and gpu were all used in

    Windows Vista Wont Install Freezes?

    had the same problem, freezes and long installation including each step loading, in my case a bios update helped.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
