Windows 10: Windows freezes Even after Clean Install. All drivers, etc were upto date...

My System:-

Ryzen 2400G, ASUS Prime A320MK, Crucial Ballistix 2x16 GB RAM, 140GB SSD, 1 Tb WD Blue, Internet via LAN cable.

I've been having this annoying problem after recent update. My drivers were all updated. MY biggest blunder was not setting System Restore before I went for it. Since all my personal data was on the secondary HDD, I could even afford to try out a clean install. Which I did! Many times!

Now windows 10 started Lagging and became unresponsive. Rolled back the Update and now the whole system started being slower On the Login screen and freezes just right after logging in. I Updated the BIOS, Did a clean install almost half a dozen times. Only Runs OK in safe mode. I've done testing the SSD, even gave Linux a try, that's working. Funny thing is now even after a clean install, it runs smoothly only till the required restart after installing chipset drivers / system updates. Once that happens Hell Freezes Over and Over again.

I'd also like to mention that when the system does run after a clean install, most of the time i am unable to run cmd as administrator even though I signed in with my hotmail password and my user details shows me as Administrator. the only time I was able to use it as Admin I did SFC and that came out clean. Haven't been able to get to use DSIM.

Another funny thing, Login after a clean install is always showing this pop up that some app is trying to change default .html / .txt handling and system sets default to Edge. All this is before I am even able to install any secondary app. I can't get to use the start menu. I am stuck with using Run for getting to MS-Config/CMD. Even that crawls.

I've been to windows 10 forums and all they do is give a generic answer that aims to click or get into some update setting, etc. I've done updates, all others possible. There isn't anything that seems to cover a situation where nothing is clickable other than a hard shutdown and a clean install. Tried to Install same version that was before Win 10 Pro version 1909 then tried upgrading to 2004, then 2020. Nothing seems to work beyond the first restart. Except during safe mode. During these days can't even go around to many places. It's been like this since March 13, 2021. almost 10 days. What do I Do? Would it help if I download and flash the older BIOS version?

Clean Install Workaround for Vista

You may remember this news story on techPowerUp! a couple of days ago relating to the lack of clean installs when using the Upgrade Editions of Vista, which required an old OS to be installed. However, Paul Thurrott has managed to find a workaround for this issue, which ironically lets users do a clean install Vista without any previous version of Windows, albeit a little tedious. Here are the steps:

• Boot from the Windows Vista Upgrade DVD as normal
• When prompted for a product code, leave this blank
• Select the version of Vista you have purchased and let Vista install
• When you boot to your desktop for the first time, run the Vista setup from Windows
• This time enter your product key
• When asked whether you want to do an Upgrade of Custom install, select custom and choose a clean install
• Windows will now install for a second time and you should be able to activate it

Remember, these steps are only advised for use in order to achieve a clean install of Vista, it is only legal to use the upgrade editions if you have previously purchased the appropriate version of Windows.

Windows 7 wont install drivers

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage
