Windows 10: Windows freezes every 5 minutes since KB4559309 update

My desktop computer automatically installed the KB4559309 update yesterday. Since then the screen freezes after 5-10 minutes and no mouse or keyboard commands work. I updated all drivers and do not get any error reports, so i don`t even know where to start. Does any one have any idea how to fix it?

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time

my son laptiop wifi disconnect after 5 minutes

• If you have an identical laptop try comparing the wifi and security settings of the one that does not disconnect with the one that does. If you find any differences change the settings of the one that does not work to the one that does.

• If you do not have an identical laptop see this post and the three replies for possible solutions: Wifi disconnects every 5 minutes.

Windows 10 Freezes then Restarts every 5-10 minutes of loging on.

I know discussion is old, I am posting to help others since this post is the first result after typing in "Windows 10 Freezing".

Step 1: Click on Start Button, search "uac".
Step 2: Click on "Change User Account Control Settings"
Step 3: Slide bar up to the top or second from the top. (This will prevents programs or apps from hurting or changing you computer, like things that are not compatible)
