Windows 10: Windows freezes on wake up

Hello,My PC is up-to-date.Drivers are up-to-date.I have not installed any new software.Problem: Windows freezes on startup. I have run s system file check and it seems to find corrupt files every time and fixes them.After that I check health and restore health with Dism, but again, it will freeze on startup, not immediately, but after it has been sleeping for some time.I followed the recommendations from a moderator to:-update all the drivers, -change the power options-reduce programs that start on startup-do a cold start-verify which other programs can run from msconfig-

Sleep / Wake Function, malfunctions after waking

• No luck with the "trouble-shooter."
• Issues are: on waking, date increases by 6 or so days and many apps/ windows freeze on opening. I tried it again today, and a blue screen came up with Command Prompt and other suggestions to fix. By the way, on restarting, the computer returns to
  normal.
• On the issue of "recent system changes", it is a new computer I purchased a couple of months ago. It is running Windows 10 (64 bit), with MS Office (32 bit). I have uninstalled & reinstalled MS Office, over the internet.
• Have not "encountered any error message"
• Have not taken any "troubleshooting steps", except trouble-shooter.

I suggest you to check which devices are configured to wake up the computer from sleep by following the steps below:

• Right click on Start icon and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type the command line below:

Powercfg /devicequery wake_armed

3. Check if the devices (Keyboard, Mouse, Ethernet cable) are listed.

If the system is not going to sleep and going to Hybernate, the only option to wake up is to press the Power button.

I would suggest you to try the steps below to open the power troubleshooter

1. Press Windows key + R to open the run command.

2. Type control and press enter to open control panel.

3. Type troubleshooting in the control panel search box.

4. On the left side, click on "troubleshooting".

5. Click "view all" on the left pane.

6. Run the power troubleshooter.

To make sure your devices are set to wake the computer up, I would suggest you to follow the steps below:

• 
  1. Press Windows key + R
  
  2. Type devmgmt.msc and press enter.
  
  3. Expand keyboard, it will display your keyboard, right click and go to properties.
  
  4. Select Power management.
  
  5. Check Allow this device to wake the computer.
