Windows 10: Windows freezes or gives blue screen

I bought a new laptop 7 months back and since it is new it keeps freezing or gives blue screen every now and then.



My Laptop details:

Current OS: Windows 10 Pro Version 1909 OS Build 18363.752

Brand: HP

Model: 15-DK0045TX HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop

Laptop Contains SSD & HDD. OS is installed in SSD.



Following are some additional details about the issue:

1 Their is no reproducible steps. It happens randomly. Sometimes when it was left idle and other times when I was working.

2 Sometimes screen freezes and sometimes blue screen is shown. Every time STOP_CODE is different and last two time I had noted it: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, FAULTY_HARDWARE_CORRUPTED_PAGE

3 Once it did not give any issue continuously for 1 month and sometimes it happens three times a day as well.



I had already tried following options:

1 Already contacted HP support team and after some diagnosis, they say their are no issues with hardware and hence advised to contact Microsoft.

2 Already fresh reinstall of windows with latest drivers done couple of times.

3 Windows update is always turned on and is up to date. BIOS and Drivers are also up to date.

4 No external devices are connected other than keyboard, mouse and a monitor. But even when these are not connected, still keeps getting issues.

5 Very minimal software's like Node, VS Code, NPP & Win merge were currently installed.

6 Had gone through multiple forums related to issue and tried lots of troubleshooting and nothing helps.



This is very much frustrating and please help me to resolve this issue.

Windows 7 Blue Screen of Death!

This is the first time i have ever got the blue screen, but it keeps on occurring, and so i cannot get onto that hard drive, it shuts down within a second of the blue screen showing itself, which doesnt give me any time to read it lol. So i am completely confused as there is no Path of: "C:\WINDOWS\Minidump" as well
