  1. Windows freezes randomly and becomes unresponsive

My windows system freezes at random and becomes unresponsive. Keyboard and mouse become unusable. Mostly display gets freezes and hangs at what is displayed at that time. Sometime, BSOD comes with an error code, which varies from time to time.I have encountered this error with my previous laptop and had to purchase a new one just for this reason. Now, I am encountering the same with this one. Even both laptops are from different brands.Kindly support in resolving this problem. Do not suggest common solutions, since I already tried that with my previous system and those didn't help at all.

    :)

  2. Windows 10 freezes randomly

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
I had tried that as well... no result.
