Windows 10: Windows freezes then blue screen of death.

After installation of a new SSD drive during which I also replaced one of the fans and performing clean reinstall of Windows 10, Windows randomly freezes for a minute or 2 then I get BSOD. Generally I can use the computer for a while before this happens sometimes an hour, sometimes more.The message reads:"Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you....Stop code: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED"Computer: Dell XPS 15 7590SSD: WD BLACK SN770 2TB SSD M.2 2280 NVME PCI-E GEN4 SOLID STATE DRIVE https://www.ebuyer.com/1416653-w

Windows 7 Blue Screen of Death!

This is the first time i have ever got the blue screen, but it keeps on occurring, and so i cannot get onto that hard drive, it shuts down within a second of the blue screen showing itself, which doesnt give me any time to read it lol. So i am completely confused as there is no Path of: "C:\WINDOWS\Minidump" as well
