    Windows freezes when not gaming


    System:Laptop Asus ROG FLOW X13 GV301QE 2021CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5980HSGPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 TI and XG Mobile RTX 3080Memory: 32GB Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC GV301QEBIOS version: American Megatrends International , LLC. GV301QE.415This problem started about a week ago. My laptop will freeze when doing anything watching youtube via youtube app, browsing, whatsapp chatting via whatsapp for windows, etc, the freeze occurs randomly from 5 minutes to sometimes 30 minutes, today the freeze&nbs

    all games crash!

    ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
