Windows 10: Windows freezes

Hello,First let me explain what happens, after I turn on my pc within about 2-5 mins first the sound starts to crack and and within 2,3 secs windows freezes and sound stops but I can still use the cursor for about another 10 secs after which the cursor freezes and I have to hold down the power power button to forcefully shut down the pc. After forcefully shutting down the pc the issue seem to disappear for 4-5 hour after which sounds cracks and windows freezes. If I properly shut down the issue appears within 2-5 mins after booting up.I started to see this issue after I plugged a 10-12 year ol

all games crash!

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
