    Windows Freezing After Some Hours


    I'm using Windows 11. But it used to happen on Windows 10, too.After using for some hours sometimes 1-2 hours, sometimes many more, mostly while using Edge or leaving Spotify opened, or even sometimes when I leave the PC idling for long hours, the system crashes and then freezes. At first, the mouse clicks start not to respond, then it all freezes. I can only shut it down by the power button of the PC case.So I'm using MS Edge, Spotify, Kaspersky Internet Security, and have an Nvidia graphics card with the latest drivers.In the early days, disabling the Hardware Acceleration setting on Edge

    all games crash!

    ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.

    Borderlands freezes and thaws

    I'm positive the steps I took above fixed it. I went through 10 rounds in the underdome (well over an hour of gameplay) without a single freeze. Previously, I couldn't play 15 minutes without at least one freeze.
