Windows 10: Windows freezing and lagging.

Recently I reinstalled windows 10 because I had an absurd amount of files and other applications I don't need. I figure the performance would increase also the disc was filling up. I cloned my ssd and reinstalled it. But after I reinstalled it, windows started freezing all the time. Some times when I launch apps they give an error. Some apps flicker black for a second. Today chrome said it ran out of ram even though the task manager said I was only using 9% memory. I have only downloaded a few apps since I have gotten window including:

• VSCode
• Node
• Python
• Discord
• Pycharm
• Windows terminal
• & a few other I cant remember.

Is it possible I need to update my drivers? If so is there a way to quickly see what drivers need updating un bulk? Also, in case it helps, when I first booted up windows I went through updates a and security and installed a few updates from there.

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

all games crash!

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
