    Windows freezing for 3-6 second bursts on startup when opening applications and beeping.


    I've been having a problem for the past 1 months with my 2 year old gaming pc where on startup, if I open an application windows will start to freeze in 2-4 second bursts. If I open the Movies and TV app and play a video file, my computer will start to freeze in 3-6 second bursts until the video file is closed. When I close the Video file, these short beeping noises are played which seems to correspond to how many times I click the close button. When I go to event viewer, I see about 5 event ID 10016 about the time that my computer was freezing. About 1 months ago when this all started happeni

    Beeping Sounds on Startup

    Upon startup of my Windows 10 All-in-One I hear a series of beeps. It starts with 4 beeps with an interval of about 3 seconds in between each beep. Then it is followed by 4 similar beeps which are a bit shorter and have an interval of about 1 second each.
    This action repeats about 3-5 times, and then my computer starts up normally again. This sometimes happens, and sometimes doesn't but it has happened before, but not as long as it is happening now. Even when I opened my computer 10 minutes ago, it was beeping.
    I heard it had something to do with the hardware, but I'm not really sure. Any ideas? Thanks!

    Opening specific applications on startup of windows in specific windows 10 desktops

    Try this:

    Add FF, Anki and Evernote to %appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

    Now for all three program do following steps:

    1. Open the application.
    2. Re-size the window so that it is not maximized or minimized.
    3. Move the window to the monitor you want it to open on by default.
    4. Close the application. Do not re-size prior to closing.
    5. Open the application.
      It should open on the monitor you just moved it to and closed it on.
    6. Maximize the window.

    The application will now open on this monitor by default. If you want to change it to another monitor, just follow steps 1-6 again.

    Hello, i use a MSI A320m-A PRO MAX motherboard and i randomly got 3 2 beep bursts? (6 beeps in total) would anyone be willing to help me? thank you.
