Windows 10: WINDOWS FREEZING RANDOMLY

hello I'm using windows 10 version 21h1, the problem start when I'm browsing, there is a moment when opening a site and then buffering, even though the internet is still running smoothly, and when I open the search field the icon logo on each application will disappear 1 by 1, in the future the entire Windows 10 system will freeze permanently and can't be turned off, I've been having problems so far it's been 1 month, I've checked there are no errors on my storage hdd/ssdthe freezing problem will only appear when i'm browsing, when i'm playing games for hours it's safehere the spec i usei5 960

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
