Windows 10: windows freezing

    It's about 5 times that some windows app freezes, that freezes take a time for just 5 second and in the firsts seconds of it, the mouse not working.

    at the first time that i experienced this kind of freeze I was playing a game that the freeze happened, now while playing kmplayer.

    I got curious about it (i suspend to graphic card's heat) and kept the task manager open; at the next time that kmplayer froze i saw the disk, network, cpu and graphic's graphs in the performance tab took a rise. in this time i figure out that could not be just my graphic. it could be mother board or a internet virus or something like that.

    What are these freezes? Do them related to hard wares or software, windows or a malware?

    all games crash!

    ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
