    Windows Freezing


    Hello, I need help with my PCWhen I'm using the Computer Windows is randomly freezing. Everything stops responding the browser works in half I can close it but when i close something I can't open it again. I can't open anything when Windows freezes. The computer is not completly freezed but it works like in half. In the event viewer I can see an Error everytime the computer freezes. Here is the error : {"Message":"The authority \"amd-keyid-578c545f796951421221a4a578acdb5f682f89c8.microsoftaik.azure.net\" does not exist."}My PC specs :CPU : Ryzen 9 5950xMotherboard : As

    all games crash!

    ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
