Windows 10: windows froozen

Discus and support windows froozen in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; i have a problem with my laptop , it freezes suddenly and the mouse doesn't move or the keyboard and i have to force shutdown my laptop.i'm on windows...     i have a problem with my laptop , it freezes suddenly and the mouse doesn't move or the keyboard and i have to force shutdown my laptop.i'm on windows 11 23H2

    I suggest you to run the Windows Update troubleshooter by following the steps provided below, restart the computer and check for the status.

    • Type “Troubleshooting” in search box and press Enter.
    • Click on “View All” option on top left pane.
    • Select “Windows Update” from the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
