Windows 10: Windows FU 20H2 to 21H2

Hello,I am in the process of testing the upgrade process for 21H2 Downloaded through Volume license through SCCM using a upgrade Task Sequence, During the the process it get stuck at 11% and get the error code 0X80004005. Looking at the SCCM logs it mentions Windows Setup failed with hexadecimal exit code 0xC1900204 decimal 3247440388. Updating Windows10 Pro x64 Version 20H2 to Version 21H2

I want to update my HP Envy from Windows 10Pro x64 version 20H2 to version 21H2. I've search for how to do it on line but all the suggestions lead to a dead end. In updates, I am totally updated with no updates available, not even optional ones. The computer is set to automatically update. I have all the prior required updates in history that has been suggested, but I never get to a place where I can update the newer version. It's very important to me as a software package that I really need runs on the 21H2 version but not on the 20H2 version.

Can someone help me install the version 21H2? Thanks.

 

Local user and groups not visible in 21H2

Hi Experts,

I recently updated to windows 10 home 21H2 from 20H2 version. While I was able to use multiple accounts in the 20H2 (e.g., adding a guest account etc), this feature no longer supports in the 21H2. Please suggest why it is happening and what is the best way to deal with this?

I have tried every way to upgrade to 21H2, all of the suggestions on every site, forum and Windows help pages but the result is always the same, it will download and install until at 100% install I get the message "There were some problems installing updates, but we’ll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x800f0831)". This has happend on numerous occasions. I also get a message indicating that there may be a previous update and security 'patch' missing but everything that has been recommended via Updates has been intalled successfully. There are no other pending updates except for the 21H2. I have exhausted the suggestions at 0x800f0831 to no avail. I have checked the cbs log and searched for Store Corruption and 0x800f0831 but I'm not sure what to do with the results as there does not appear to be a 'missing package' entry. If an update is missing how do I know which one?

I have run the Windows 10 Ugrade Assistant twice, everything seems to take place correctly until after about two or three reboots a message is displayed saying that at all Windows changes are being removed and the PC is returned to its previous condition.

Does anyone have any suggestions that will work as 20H2 is about to be confinded to history.
