Windows 10: Windows function automatically working, how to stop it.

My Dell laptop windows 8 , has gone crazy ! My windows function key is automatically working without even pressing. My laptop is going from windows to desktop and back to windows and repeat for split seconds without pressing anything. This happens for a couple of minutes without me doing anything. When I try to enter any key on the keyboard , the short cut functions start working again not my intention. It gets fine on its own for sometime and then back to being crazy without me doing anything. Can someone suggest what's happening and what I can do to stop it.

4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

Stop windows automatic driver install

I'm having a problem with installing a nvidia card. windows 7 automatically installs some wdm 1.1 drivers, then when i install the 195.39 drivers, it gives me less performance. like the cards lags in games when it should run fine.

how can i stop windows from installing the drivers automatically ?

i tried checking the "don't install drivers from windows update" in device manager. it still installs it.
