    Windows Game DVR Constant Framerate?


    Hello,


    I've been using Windows Game Bar, Game DVR to record a lot of videos of my computer, unfortunately I've been having an issue.


    Issue: Whenever I import the footage into my Adobe Premiere Pro program, the footage is all recorded in VFPS, or Variable Frames Per Second, which means that once I import the footage, over time when the FPS are altering, audio gets desynced, meaning that the audio doesn't match what's happening on screen (usually meaning that it's being delayed by X number of seconds)


    Question: Is there a way that Game DVR can record in CFPS, or Constant Frames Per Second so that when I import the footage into Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing software, so that I don't have constant audio sync issues?

    Sometimes, a recording doesn't end correctly. When that happens, you'll need to restart Game DVR to fix the problem. Here are the steps:

    • Close the game.
    • In the search box on the Windows taskbar, enter Task manager, and then select that desktop app.
    • In Task Manager, select More details.
    • In the list of running processes, select the Broadcast DVR server (bcastdvr.exe) process (if it's still there), and then select
      End task.
    • Restart the game and try recording again.
