Windows 10: Windows Game Mode Audio issues

Hey guys, so there is something called windows game mode activated by Windows Key + G, in it you can see things like performance, capture, social and audio which is my problem in the audio feature you can disable or enable a game audio independence of the game settings and the problem is that this widget isn't opening anymore, I click in the audio symbol in game mode and it doesn't say anything, I updated the drivers and the windows, please help

Audio Issues and Windows 10

According to the issue description, the issue is related to audio recording. I suggest you to try troubleshooting recording audio and check if it helps:

I suggest you to run the Recording Audio
troubleshooter and check if it helps.

• Type troubleshooting in the search bar.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click on Recording Audio.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
• Check if issue persists.

If issue persist, try installing audio driver in compatibility mode. Compatibility mode runs the program using settings from a previous version of Windows. Follow these steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if that helps.

• Download the audio driver from the manufacturer’s website.
• Right-click on the driver setup file and click on ‘Properties’.
• Click on the ‘Compatibility’ tab and check the box
  ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 8/8.1 operating system from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation. Once this is done, restart the computer and check if the issue persists.

Odd Static Noise Issues when starting Game

This issue may be caused by incompatible audio drivers or incompatible game setup. I suggest you to try installing both in compatibility mode and check if it works. To do so, kindly refer to the below given methods:

Method 1:

I suggest you to try compatibility mode for installation of game and check if it helps. To do so kindly follow the below given steps:

• Right click on game setup that you have downloaded.
  
• Click/tap on Properties.
• Check the Run this program in Compatibility mode for under
  Compatibility tab
• Select Windows 8.1/8/7/XP from the drop down under
  Compatibility mode section.
• Click on Apply and Ok.
• Install the drivers, restart PC and check if issue is resolved.

Method 2:

Try installing audio driver in compatibility mode. Compatibility mode runs the program using settings from a previous version of Windows. Follow these steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if that helps.

• Download the audio driver from the manufacturer’s website.

Can’t hear audio while recording games or videos

We will need some more information to help you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps. Please reply with the following details:

• How are you recording the games or videos?
  
• When you say, “I can't hear anything” you are unable to get the in-game audio or your voice?
  
• What is the make and model of the computer?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type:
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
  Enter.
  

If you are using Game bar to record the games or videos, I suggest you to refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows key + I to open
   Settings.
   
2. Click on Gaming.
   
3. Click on Capture on the left pane.
   
4. Clear the check box for Record gaming audio only.
   
5. Follow the same steps for Broadcasting.
