Windows 10: Windows getting stuck between monitors

When moving windows/apps/folders between my monitors, they get stuck halfway through unless I move the mouse quickly enough.

I can solve it by turning off Windows snap, but that means the shortcut Windows key + arrow key no longer works, which is great for organising my desktop.

So is there a way to make it so windows won't get stuck between monitors without turning off the snap function?

Optionally, is there another way to get the Windows key + arrow key function to work with snap being turned off?

Trouble with 2 monitors

I suggest you to change the settings to Extended Monitor and check if it helps.

Please follow below steps:

• Right Click any ware of the Desktop, and launch Personalization.
• Go to dual monitor settings under personalization, and change it Extended Monitor.
